The Business Case for Breastfeeding
This toolkit, put together by the US Department of
Health and Human Services, highlights all of the
benefits that providing lactation accommodation can
have for employers. Some of these benefits
include lower employee turnover, less employee
absenteeism due to sick children, increased
productivity, and increased job satisfaction.
