Baby's Perspective by Kittie Frantz, RN, CPNP- For doulas and infant postpartum care providers (baby nurses), lactation consultants, or anyone who is interested to learn more. Offers 18 IBCLC CLE units. The course teaches breastfeeding from the baby's perspective for those who care for the mother and baby in the early postpartum period. The class discusses how to meet the mother's needs as well as the infant's needs in preserving breastfeeding goals for the family.

The Lactation Educator Counselor program is held thru out California. The CLEC is a 40 hour course that typically meets for 3 days and then for 2 days about 6 weeks later. This format allows for maximum retention of information and makes it easier to schedule time from work to attend.
