Jeannie Mai has updated her Instagram following her journey as a mother. In a recent post, Mai revealed the difficulty she had breastfeeding.
“I’ve been dealing with this breastfeeding issue for two months. Listening to a lactation nurse, reading advice online and getting lots of help from other mums. By far, this has been the hardest part of it all. this mum journey. I HEARED it was going to be before, but I never imagined it. For me, it was even harder than giving birth”
Previously, The Real co-host called on the talk show to announce baby Monaco’s gender as her co-hosts raved.
The newborn is a girl, according to Jeannie Mai-Jenkins, 43. Earlier this month, the host gave birth to her first child with Jeezy. She has spoken of being a ‘mummy girl’, saying it’s the aspect of her life that she’s always ‘overwhelmed’ with.
The TV host gushed with emotion. “There are so many reasons why raising a little girl is such an honor for me. I would have been happy with anything, but to have Monaco, I can’t tell you, I feel chosen,” she revealed in the video. “It’s moving, and I looking forward to raising a truly strong, loving, empathetic, humorous, fashionable, flighty little girl.”
The new mom just opened up about the postpartum experience by sharing a post with her Instagram followers. The healing mother admits that she sometimes cannot control her crying due to hormonal changes.
On March 27, 2021, Jeezy and Mai got married. Jeannie’s first child is Baby Monaco, making Jeezy the father of four children, three of whom are from previous relationships.
